New in Store!

The new KI Memories Sheer Delights are in the store now.
We have 9 versatile designs.
These are full 12x12 sheets that are shaped and resemble the Maya Road sheer albums but thinner.
I have a million ideas for these and have already taken my Bind It All to a sheet and it worked perfectly.
And now that the kids are all back in school, it's a great time to get scrapping them with these new papers from Creative Imaginations.
Those are matching stickers on top and they span from kindergarten to 12th grade.
Perfect for a whole school album!

Card Creations Class!

I will be showing everyone how to make these great cards this Thursday...

We'll be using the new Cornish Heritage Farms stamps to create this manly card.

A Maya Road sheer, some liquid applique and a Heidi Swapp blossom make this card super special.

I'm busting out the Scor-pal and demonstrating my very few skills with this amazing tool to make this all occasions card that also has a matching envelope!

Yes, we will be using glitter on this cute little cupcake birthday card.
And new double sided American Crafts ribbon that I love.

And to get you in the spooky mood of the season, we will be brewing up this little gate folded card with the cutest little skully.

I hope you can join me for this fun class, we only have a few spaces left.

Thursday, September 11th
5:30p - 7:30p
$20

Please bring a black ink pad, scissors and adhesive.

See you then!

Vote for the Best School Project!

These three fabulous entries are now in the store for your voting pleasure.
And to get just a few more votes and opinions, we are posting the entries here for the world to cast a vote as well.

To Vote: Just click on the project that you feel is the best, in the right hand column of this blog!
Please don't leave your vote in the comments, we are only counting the votes in the right hand column and let's face it, that's easier anyways!

Now on to the Entries...
First up, Sandie P's gift card holder.
Inside this little tri-fold card is a stackable gift card holder that is amazing and has had several people ask me, "How do I make that?"
Hopefully, Sandie will explain it to me one day.

The 2nd submission is a Mini album made by Lynn A.
This uses a great clear album and has tabs for each school year.
I love how it works for both her boys and the choice of papers and embellishments is awesome.

Our final entry is a great Layout by Jenn K.

I love the simplicity of this layout with the combined papers, one of which she actually colored herself.
And those new KI Memories jelly letter stickers are perfectly used because she outlined them in black marker to make them really pop!
The little touches like that star make this page real special.

Thank you to these wonderful ladies for submitting such awesome projects, I love them all.
You need to decide which one you love the most and Vote on the right hand column.
You have til September 30th to cast your votes!
And I hope when we run our next contest (in October), we will have a few more entries.

Vintage Treasure Box Class

We are so excited to have Louise Granlund teaching an amazing class in the store this month.
She is bringing her talents with vintage chic to help everyone create this amazing little box and mini album.

I pick this up everyday and am just amazed at the fact that this started as just a plain 'ol chipboard box and book.

And the amount of stamps and little treasures are so wonderful.
This would make an amazing gift or be the perfect little thing to sit out on your end table for friends and family to enjoy.

Louise has even more pictures on Her Blog.

Kids Camp This Saturday!

If the kids need something to do on Saturday afternoon, we will be making these!

They can choose between the robot design...

Or maybe they would prefer the circles or owls...

And we are even creating our own paper clips and these crayon boxes.

This is a great way to go grocery shopping alone or spend an hour shopping at your favorite paper store without the kids in tow.

I can't wait to see your kids!

Kids Creative Camp
Saturday, June 6
2p - 3p
$10

They only need to bring a glue stick and kid scissors.
