C.A.R.S. stands for Chicago Area Rubber Stampers and have been in existence for about 14-15 years. They meet once a month to swap cards and share creative ideas.We are so happy to be welcoming the C.A.R.S. group to CraftFancy and they are welcoming all of YOU to join them!
